This notice explains how Gorvenda Limited handles information connected with this website and direct enquiries.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Current website activity
This website provides company information, direct links to telephone, email and WhatsApp, quotation forms that submit enquiries directly to Gorvenda, and a supplier and contractor registration form. Quotation requests and registrations are stored so authorized Gorvenda personnel can review and follow up on them. Other specialist forms may prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not currently provide customer accounts or online payments.
2. Information you choose to provide
If you submit a quotation request or contact Gorvenda by telephone, email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, company, contact details, service requirements, location, budget, timeline and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send banking details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive health information through the website, ordinary email or WhatsApp unless a secure method has been agreed.
3. How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss services or partnerships, prepare quotations or agreements, maintain business records, protect the company and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Sharing and international activity
Gorvenda connects global markets to Ghana and maintains a presence in Canada and Ghana. Information may be handled by authorized personnel or service providers supporting the relevant enquiry. We do not sell personal information. Where information crosses borders, Gorvenda uses safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable requirements.
5. Retention and security
Quotation requests and supplier registrations are stored in Gorvenda’s website systems and are available only through authorized staff areas. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, supplier review, recordkeeping or legal requirements. Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used based on the sensitivity of the information.
6. Your choices
You may ask about personal information Gorvenda holds about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@gorvenda.com.
7. Cookies and hosting technologies
This website uses necessary hosting technologies to deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse and support reliable operation. A visitor identifier may be set by the hosting platform for these purposes. Gorvenda does not currently use advertising, marketing or analytics cookies. The cookie notice stores your acknowledgement in your browser’s local storage so it does not need to appear on every visit.
8. External platforms and future changes
Email, telephone and WhatsApp are operated by third parties and have their own practices. If Gorvenda later introduces analytics, advertising cookies, accounts, payments or other data collection, this notice and the website’s consent controls should be updated before those features are activated.
9. Regulatory context
Depending on the activity and location, privacy requirements may include Alberta’s private-sector privacy law, Canadian federal rules for certain commercial or cross-border handling, and Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). See the official guidance from the Government of Alberta, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
